Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of GymTracker (gym-tracker.co.uk and our apps), operated by Dev Moves. By creating an account you agree to them. They're deliberately short and readable.

The service

GymTracker provides training plans, workout logging, progression tracking, nutrition tools including AI-generated meal plans, and an optional marketplace connecting you with independent coaches. The core service is free to start; we'll always be clear before anything costs money.

Not medical advice

GymTracker is not a medical service and nothing in it is medical advice. Training programmes, calorie and macro targets, and AI-generated plans are automated suggestions based on the information you provide. They cannot account for medical conditions we don't know about. Consult a doctor before starting a new training or nutrition programme, especially if you have any health condition, are pregnant, or are under 18. Allergy filtering works by food name and AI instruction — always check actual product labels yourself.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older and provide accurate information.
• Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no attacking or overloading it, no attempting to access other users' data, and no using it for anything unlawful.

Coaches

Coaches on GymTracker are independent professionals, not our employees or agents. We provide the tools that connect you; the coaching relationship — including its quality, safety and any payment arrangements you make — is between you and the coach. Accepting a coach's invitation shares data with them as described in our Privacy Policy; you can end that access at any time.

AI-generated content

Workout suggestions, debriefs and meal plans generated by AI are automated outputs and can be imperfect. Nutritional values come from published food-composition data and reasonable calculation, not laboratory analysis of your actual plate. Use your judgement.

Our liability

We provide GymTracker with reasonable skill and care, but it's supplied "as is" — we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, from training or nutrition decisions you make, or from your dealings with coaches. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). Exercise involves inherent risk — train sensibly.

Your content and data

Your data stays yours. You give us the limited licence needed to store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask for your data or its deletion at any time.

Ending things

You can stop using GymTracker and request account deletion whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If we change these terms materially we'll update the date above and let you know in the app first. Questions: support@gym-tracker.co.uk.
